My baby is 21 days old. Baby has mild cold. Can we start nebulization? How should we give? What should be taken in nebulization?

My 16 month old daughter doesn't eat much.She weighs 9.5 kgs. Recently she developed white spot under her lips. Is it any kind of deficiency? Please se attached picture.

From Sunday night she started eating some food. After Corona positive report another doctor prescribed her 1. Lanzole junior 2. Taxim o forte Again my daughter leave eating food from yesterday my question is that with Lanzole junior Taxim o forte OFM can be given to her Thanks in advance
