Child Health Issues

Hi, My daughter is suffering from fever since yesterday, her temperature since yesterday was 99. But since today evening the temperature rises to 101.7. I am currently giving her Crocin 240 DS 5 ml thrice a day. Kindly suggest if need to change any medicine. Other than fever no other problem. She is also active and eating properly. Thanks in advance.

Hi, My 5 month old daughter is having Greesy tan green poop She is taking mother milk as well as formula milk (Nestle lactogen 1) . She goes potty 3 times a day and same color poop every time.. And very rarely yellow. Wo pure din zor bhi lgati rehti h as if struggling in doing potty. She also spits milk  ( fta hua) sometimes a day. Is this normal or need any medical attention. Please advice

Should I give fever medicine if the fever has gone it is just a day since his fever now. Doctor had advised 3 times a day. But his fever is not there after giving two dosage

Dear Doctor, We are continuously using oxymeter due to covid situation. My younger son is 3.5yrs today his oxygen was fluctuating some time it's 76 oxygen level and pulse 51 and some time 98 oxygen level and pulse 101. Can you pls suggest actual usage for kids as there no fever, cough,  cold or any other symptoms including any family members.
