Hi my baby is now 4.5 months old. I'm giving boiled cooled water 5-10 mL from 3 months old . He is fully formula fed baby. Did I harmed my child health? Now I'm not giving as my doctor advised. But already I gave from 3 month. Nothing bad will happen right?

I combo feed my baby who is 5 Month old as I have little low milk supply. From beginning I was using similac plus and recently changed to nan Excella Pro from  20days . But I see my baby spitts most of the time in aday which has not happened before( not complete milk ). Is it common? Shall  I continue using Nan Excella Pro or switch back to similac plus .

5 month old baby is having fever 99.2 degree without any other symptoms, since yesterday. No vomiting, cold nothing just mild fever.
