Child Health Issues

My son not at all eating, we running behind him for the first feed it take 30 to 45min minimum. He is shouting and always asking what he wants, i am little worried, each time beating him and feeding him is not good right i am single mom staying in mom home.if i am not near him, he eat well with my mom.. If presence or my feed of food avoiding abd crying... I am literary loss my patience and beat him. He is very rude and hitting everyone... Here in home grandma sick and not able to spent some quality time with him. Help me to feed him...

Hello dr. My 3 year old child accidentally burnt with hot oil.he got a big wound on his hip. We immediately consult with dr .he prescribed silverex tube and antibiotic syrup..I give him continuesly for 4 days.and apply cream 2-3 times in a day.but no recovery at all..I attache picture of his wound..plz give your valuable suggestions..thanks

My baby had been bitten by a honey bee 5 days before. I removed the sting on that day itself. But still I can see the black spot on that finger .usually she defecates 2 to 3 times a day. after that biting she passed stool once in a day. she is groaning while Passing her motion eventhough it is lighter. Her solid intake is gradually decreased for past one week.And for past 2 days middle of her tongue looks like blue color in sometimes. rarely she has cough for less than one min( some times  like porai  aerudhal) But she is active as always.
