Hi Doctors, Please guide I have a nephew who will be turning 3 y.o in September this year. We are concerned as he is not speaking.. he babbles and makes sounds but is not speaking any clear word. Please help and provide guidance.

Hi, My 15 month baby fell down today from 2-3 feet hight from a shopping trolley,his  head bang with floor and trolly rod . There is some swelling to but kid is playful.. I think there is some plain as well.as kid did not let us to touch the bump or apply cool pack. What should we do to avoid risk of any bigger issue like clotting etc? Can Arnica 30 be helpful?

Hello Docs, My child is 1+months old. I feed my child and I give him bottle milk twice a day. After breastfeeding he mostly closes his mouth tightly. I am not sure if his stomach is full not. He also puke most of the milk which is my concern if he is getting enough milk or not. I am in dilemma if he is either hungry most of the time or he is doing over drinking. Could you please confirm how do I ensure that he is getting enough feed.
