Child Health Issues

My 6year opd daughter,weight 17.44kg  was suffering from fever 1 week back visited pead for the same ,gave calpol ,zifi,sy ondem. After 4 days fever reduced but loose motion and nausea started ,again visited pead He prescribed syrp rinifol,tab lanzol jr,syrp colicaid now motion is normal no vomiting also but nausea is still there,she just cant smell even food,but when she eat potato chips ,lollipop,she dont feel nausea at all ha. Then again visited pead for the nausea ,as well as little stomach pain.she gave tab lanzol 30mg,syrup sinarest and syrup kidicare d, but she told me that it does not seem as jaudice .what do you think?any test is needed to evalucate?

Hello doctor from 2 days my baby having fever I gave paracetamol syrup250 mg 3.5 drops yesterday she got 3 hr once fever but today she is getting 6 hr once her cough is worse wet cough last tym same problem she had that time doctor prescribed moxikind cv dry syrub can I use now ?please help
