My 57 days old baby is having fever from a day and cold and cough from a week and have attached the report. Is it anything to be worried about. What should be done next. She is in antibiotics but not yet started ascoril drops and cepodem 50 . Not taking milk properly also.

My kid is 4 years old and since week he has pimple like red spots on body and few disappeared after applying besto calamine lotion but I see several new spots again on body daily. There is NO fever, he is active and playing. My concern is, do I need to consult doctor Or is it due to heat. Please advice
