Child Health Issues

Hello Dr my baby is 1 month old can I give Janam ghutti to my baby for digestion and weight gain if not then what should I give him for weight gain as he's on formula milk.

My 5 year old complaining about throat pain.. he's active. Drinking more water(hot) .. what i can do. I am staying in Germany . We usually don't get an appointment on time. Next week we got an appointment. But it is too late. What i can do to help him. I have paracetamol . And got augmentin duo suspension for emergency from India(with prescription). Some medications with doctor's prescriptions . But i didn't get thoat pain medicine. Because this is the first time he got throat pain. Throat pain can go by its own?. Or what i can do to help him recover without medication? Or i should give him augmentin duo suspension? Please help.
