Chest & Breathing Problems

My father recently diagnosed with lung tb. it is been 2 months taking the tb medicine forecox. he is now experiencing high bp (140aprox) mostly in the evening after eating food, Systems are nausea and breathlessness. What this could be ? Is it expected during tb medicine? Should we consult any doc and start bp medicine?

For last 1 week, I am getting weaker. Loss of appetite, chest congestion, mucus, lethargy. It started with fever 7 days back and I took fever medicine like paracetamol, Nimuslide antibiotic Amoxylin. Fever subsued in next 3 days but I am lethargic since then and loosing my appetite. General weakness and difficulty in breathing... Pls help.

Hi i have allergic rhinitis and am advised to get PFT to check if i have asthma etc. As nowadays am getting cough or common cold lasting 25 days at a stretch inspite of taking Ebast M almost daily basis. Please let me know any preparation required for PFT? Is it best to go for this test without taking Ebast M ? Or it's ok with this also?

I want to know about these prescribed medicine.  Time duration of these medicine was given 6 month...These are ATT(anti tubercular treatment) ???

Age 32, Wt - 78 kgs, male I m on medication of ATT. I m taking akurit- 4 (5 tables) on same time after 90 mints from mrng breakfast as advises by doctor. But second opinion doctor advice that I should change time to take medication empty stomach in morning. Bez as I don't feel results. That's way. So i want to know that I can change timings or not?? Plz help.

I had done a chest CT scan and it shows fibrotic scars in left upper lobe of lung- post inflammatory sequel changes so is it something serious or it's normal?

Hi Doctor, My mother (age 50) was diagnosed with bone tb 8 years ago but got fully recovered. Last year she had full body checkup.no issues reported in that. Currently, since 8-9 months she started suffering from dry cough. She coughs continuously few mins in a day. Please suggest.

Hi doctor, My mother is suffering from dry cough from 3-4 years however it was not happening very often. Currently it is happening every day for 4-5 mins which is concerning. Please suggest ways to resolve this. Currently she is not under any medication.

Usually my father oxygen saturation level in pulse oximeter will be 97-98..but yesterday it was varying between 92-95 and finally stopped at 94 ,today it is 95 and heart rate is 105 .. no fever or any other symptoms mild dry cough which comes rarely in a day Is it normal?

Hi doctor I lost my job last month,feeling anxious all the time because of that my heart rate is increasing frm last 20 days,earlier my restimg heart rate was under 90,nw frm 2 days it is under 75 as I start doing brisk walking,I also started taking arjuna tablet once in a day,today I done my ecg test as frm past  4 days my left chest was hurting while doing brisk walk .y heart rate goes up to 130,attaching u the ecg report,kindly suggest the proper treatment.
