Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother is experiencing pain in the right side of the chest and having pain in the bones surrounding that area, she is also having pain in the back as well. Please suggest the next steps

Since about a few months now, whenever i try to take in a deep inhale, i dont get the satisfactory breath complete feeling. Also, i have been burping a lott more frequently than earlier- even immediately after getting up or after having water. I feel my appetite has reduced a bit as well. What can this be? I have no other symptoms. I sleep well without problem.

I am an asthma patient. I have not been feeling well since past 1 month. I got an asthma attack a month back. I did covid test twice and it came negative both the times. I am having breathlessness, excessive fatigue, chocking while sleeping at night. If I sit for long say 7-8 hrs or stand my legs are swelling. My ESR is high 25 mm/hr and my Ig E, serum (CLIA)  level is 146 u/ ml. Kindly help

Sir, I have been dry cough since 2 years, and some breathing problems also ,even I eat small amount of sweet or spicy Cough have come immediately, I was facing problem from 2 years I used Asma medicine for it but there is no use , please suggest for best doctor or medic for my problem

M an asthma patient. I was diagnosed as Brittle asthma in 2010 but have never been given any life long medication. Recently I came to know that lifelong precautionary medication is given to a Brittle Asthma patient. I have had around 5-6 severe episodes in last 10 years in which I had to be taken to hospital for giving oxygen or for nebulization. I have got a few tests repeated. My IgE level is 146. What does this show? Should I do some other test to confirm If m actually brittle Asthmatic.

I have attached My X ray report. Report stated mildly prominent bronchovascular markings and horizontal fissure noted. Is this a cause of worry? Please suggest. I had cold and cough with fever for few days. Taken antibiotics, no fever now. So had gone for chest x-ray.

I was having cough and cold for few days and also ran a temperature of around 103.5( maximum). Took Azithromycin 500 for 5 days Thereafter no fever. On the last day of taking antibiotics, I coughed up blood twice and thereafter few spots which resolved the next day. It has been two days, there has been no bleeding again. Attaching the pictures. Blood only twice. Normal thereafter, no bleeding. Chest X ray showing mildly prominent bronchovascular markings and horizontal fissure. Do I need a CT Scan? Or is this normal. Please suggest I am worried. Attached the photos of the bloody phelgm, but not coughing any blood now. Also the blood was mixed with mucus.

My mom is 56 years old. For the past one week she's suffering from acidity during night. We did ultrasound. Impression was mild pleural effusion. What is pleural effusion? Can we cure this by medicine. She's much worried and afraid. Pls guide us

Iam having breathlessness and done CT scan last month. and everything is normal and my PFT is also almost normal. I have haziness in bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis. I have sore throat and GERD issues also. Kindly check my X ray is normal or not?
