Good morning doctor, my grandmother 10days back Shep had a surgery of cataract, before she was a an astama and plural effusion, now she getting horseness of breathing, she wants nebulization shall we give nebulization with budecort medicine?

My father is suffering from post covid infection , the impression I received from the doctors is attached to this please help me and say what was the situation

My mother who is 68 years old and 86 kg weight women has been diagoned Corona last week she has been admitted and found that the spo2 level is quite low when she was admitted it was going around 80% without mask but nowadays she is recovering and got around 94% without mask she can stay without mask for half an hour to 45 minutes if she started walking the oxygen label again started falling down what can I do. This is her eighth day in hospital. If I found that she is Corona negative then can I move her to home or I will have to be in the hospital for few more days till the time the oxygen table retain to maximum. My mother is found covid positive on 24-Nov-2020 and she is admitted in deen Dayal govt hospital varansi. She is feeling sever breathing problem and on oxygen support(type 1). Chest CT has been done and severity score is 16/25. Also, she is suger and arthritis patient and taking medication. My question is, 1. Do I need to consult any chest specialist seperately for her treatment or covid medicines are enough to treat the infection. 2. She is in trouble due to severe breathing issue, what shall I do to get her some relief.

Past 2 days I'm having pain at the bottom of chest. I thought gasteric pbm & took medicine but still the problem is there. It's paining much now. I can't find nearby specialist.
