Chest & Breathing Problems

Doctor suggest Predmet 4mg tablet for 15 days.Breathing problem controlled. After this course completed once again breathing problem started. For how many days max can we take this medicine?once we are taking this medicine now breathing problem controlled Please reply..

It started with an uneventful throat pain. 5-6months continuously I had a very uneventful throat pain which comes and vanishes automatically. After 3-4 months I also developed an urge for deep breathing along with the throat pain. Difficulty in breathing is less common everyday, and mostly I feel like this with a gap of 4-5 days. I don't have a continuous cold or cough. However every morning when I get up there is a little nasal blockage without any runny nose or mucous. Just a little blockage which reduces once I blow my nose, however no mucous flows while blowing the nose. Also sometimes I get a little more cough than usual immediately after getting up in the morning. However I get no cough once my daily activities of the day start. A family physician suggested me a chest CT and blood test. Both have come out normal. Only in the blood levels iGe proportion is high 724 and a Vitamin D3 deficiency with level of 15. pls suggest if this could be related to any mild asthama symptom?

Since last few months, I have a lump on chest  and it's pressing my esophagus which I feel when I feel difficulty in swallowing food sometimes. The lump feels just under the skin and possibly on middle chest bone at bottom of chest. The lump is around 1 inch in diameter and it's soft and moving and not painful, so my guess is it could be Lipoma as I already have many Lipoma lumps on my arms & thighs without any problems. I am yet to visit a doctor personally due to Covid reasons. I hope it's a benign & non-cancerous tumor. Any advice or suggestions?

I have asthma and taking medicines regularly, but for the last six months am suffering with cough especially at night time which is not going away. As per doctor advice,had a test of CT scan chest & pns,echo and all results normal. And asked to continue the same medicines, but still no improvement, night time cough is still there. Please advise the next course of action.

Hi, During the onset of the winters, there's some tendency of bronchial spasms - the patient is already having chronic bronchial tendencies since childhood. However, a recent physician consultation has a change in drug - Levosalbutamol inhaler has been changed to a Budesonide (corticosteroid) inhaler. The patient is however a bit hesitant towards this attributed to steroid usage. Is it safe to take this up given that steroids are often known to be a medication that can't be paused. Any views on this will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

On 29 Oct it started with fever. On 2.11.20 got report of COVID 19 Positive. 06.11.20 ADMITTED in hospital followed by breathing difficulty. 16.11.20 got discharged in stable condition but the report is still inconclusive. Even after 21 days cannot take deep breath, laugh and feels pressure or something struck in my chest. Sever weakness but on fever for last 10 days. Please help. I am enclosing my ct report and x rays done at hospital.how long will it takes to be normal.do I need some special treatment.

My dad is having cough issue for last 1 month, taken cough syrup and warm water but still no recovery. While having cough it's dry and pain little bit in chest.

Hello sir I taked chest x-ray itself.i have already mild shortness breath and only one time mild point blood clot in my sputum early morning.xray report mentioned mild increased perihilar bronchovascular marking both lung field noted.this is serious or not

I hv gas problem from my childhood but now a days I feel I couldn't take enough oxizen at the time of breathing. My oxizen level is ok as per oximeter. How count I treat myself.
