Tuberculosis treatment

My sister had few symptoms like water formed in legs and not feeling hungry.. doctor has recommended to go for chest X-ray and informed that some water is there in chest outside walls ..they have taken water by injection and analysed the fluid and told that the water formation may be due to tuberculosis and gave the medicines.. But after started the medicines not at all feeling like to eat and whatever eats it is getting vomitted and unable to sleep in the night time and becoming lean. whether these symptoms common during the treatment and how much time these symptoms may continue. after how many days she will become normal.Kindly address my concern.. Please advice how can she move further.Thanks in advance

Pain while sleeping and High Esr count

My ESR count is 30 and i have Asthma problem also as Esnophylia increases 2-3 times a year and then i have to take inhaler due to some allergy. Now from last 1 months i have pain while sleeping. Oxygen level and pulse rate

My mother got COVID positive and got treatment in Apollo. We requested Doctor for discharge when she was on 2 litres of oxygen support. After few days of home, I reduce the oxygen to 1litre and then observed that, spo2 shows 92/93 where pulse rate PRbpm is showing in the range of 105-120. Can you please advice

Medicine taken 1. zee500 bd from 4april  to 6 april afterthat od 2. 7.4.21 evening doxycycline bd 3.favipiravir 800 mg bd since 7.4.21evening 4.dexamethasone 5 mg bd since 7.4.21 evening 5.multivitamine bd 6.vitamine c Pl suggest further treatment.

Cough and breathing problem

My grandmother having serious problem of coughing with pain. She has also low oxygen levels of 91 , in c. T scan doctors seen multiple discrete nodules are seen scattered throughout the lung parenchyma bilaterally with largest measuring 8mm in size. Smooth septal thickning is also seen in both the lungs mild bilateral pleural effusions are seen, right more than left. Mild pericardial effusions is also seen. Trachea and main bronchi are normal. Major vessels in media stinum are normal. No evidence of bony erosion or paraspinal mass lesion seen. No evidence of honeycomb shadow, subpleural bands or interstitial thickning seen in lungs. The upper abdominal structures are normal. No enlarged hilar or mediastinal lymph nodes are seen. The axillary and supraclavicular areas are normal.and in her cough test she has tested negative for mallignant cells and TB bacteria.So What should be done , which specialist do I consult what is her exact issue and why doctor are not saying anything clearly ?
