Chest & Breathing Problems

Recently got CT scan done as my family tested positive with Covid positive. I am attaching my. Scan report let me know if any thing to worry.

Sir/madam I am a sarcoidosis patient , i was diagnosed with sarcoidosis the doctor was confused between sarcoidosis and milliary TB in nov 2019 and after 2 CT comparison and certain other check ups i was prescribed to take 25 mg of prednisone but by the time it was reduced to 10 mg..now i take 10 mg prednisone daily My pulmonologist is now not in my city he has been transferred to somewhere else I couldn't contact him.. I have done 2 CT scan in which the first which was done in sept showed 13mm in paratracheal  region and 10mm in AP window region and 2 cm in subcarnial region and CT of December  had shown  ""2.7×2.0 cm multiple enhanced mediastinal lymphadenopathy in pretracheal paratracheal prevascular precarnial and subcarnia region"" my ACE was 154.53 but  by the time it was somehow reduced Now I want to know whether I should get myself vaccinated or not? If yes then covishield or covaxin Please reply

Can some one who is recovered from Covid ( first symptom shown more than a month ago) should still be cautious about silent hypoxia ? The person is doing all normal household chores without any issue .Or can we relax now and stop monitoring oxygen levels

Sir, i am tested covid positive on 30 apr..and im now in isolation..on 6 th may i felt some breathing trouble and my spo2 is 98 %.on 7 th may i gone for ct chest it shows no abnormalities..but from 6 th to now i felt breathing hardness ..but till today my spo2 level is 97 to 98 % .pls advise me what to do

When someone recovers from covid 19, after how many days covishield vaccine should be taken? Is there are recommended time of first shot was taken before getting covid and second shot needs to be taken after getting covid?

My father is post covid patient and is on oxygen concentrator machine and it's been 14 days saturation has increased very less, was 88 at time of discharge now showing 90/91. How many days it will take to remove oxygen machine and fibrosis to heal ?

At the time of admission in hospital his ct was 14 and more ct scan reports from hospital it was 16 also. He was admitted on 19th april and got discharged on 28th april. At that time doctor said he was critical. Now post covid medications are going on. Before he was on 4lit/min now lowered down to 3 lit/min
