Need consultation
Hi
I underwent consultation in AIIMS 2.5 years back.
There was mild fibrotic lesion in right lung lobe and seen opacity in pulmonary HRCT.
I was advised to go biopsy but denied seeing that patch is almost disappeared. Biopsy was abodoned.
And asked repaeat xray, now last week I got xray done and found mild fibrotic lesion in right lung lobe periphery as it was earlier 3 years back.
I have attached docs for reference.
Last week xray
Now I have breathing tightness with pain at minor right lung side.
What shud I do...please suggest

Dry air coming from nose
Hello sir/madam
I had a nasal congestion and for that I did steam therapy thrice and I use to wheeze for mucus. Only two or three balls of mucus falls there in the steam. Thereafter I did some workouts like skipping and running and resultantly my nose got dried completely and experiencing dry air from nose. In the mornings I cant even experience the fresh air. If I check my spo2 levels they are running from 97-99. I can taste but coming to smell I have to put something near to my nose. Please help me in this regard.

Acidity and tightness in jaw
Hi... I had typhoid fever in april and after recovering in the month of may i have gastric issue like heartbun and pain back and burning and all... Now no heartburn and pain in back... But sometimes i feel tightness in my jaws and sometimes feeling of problem in breath... Why this happens and pls suggest some treatment... I m in too much stress...

Difficulty in breathing sometimes
Sometimes breathing difficulty, feels like pressure on lungs, heart beat rises some times, voluntarily taking breath some times through mouth, in deep sleep sometimes feels like breathing is stopped and feel like im not breathing... No asthama, but im dust allergtic, im facing since one month

My father tested positive long back.. 40 days back.. Still he had persistent cough&Wheezing... We have post covid ct scan.. Which was done nearly 25 days back.. My father is post covid patient and under treatment his D-dimer goes high almost,WBC 44000,and CRP is high.
In covid time he is hospitalised in govt hospital and after that his also goes down around 80 than again hospitalised in private hospital in icu ward . Right now his d- dimer is 1200, wbc 14000 and crp almost control level.but under treatment doctor told me that he is suffering from also pleural effusion .after all test and CT scan angiography it cleared that he suffering pleural effusion after diagnosed . And through thoracentisis process they remove fluid also might be 200ml and told me I remove full fluid. And no any infection on that Fluid after lab test .now after few days they told me again little fluid in the lungs .medication is start but I want to know that through medicine fluid will remove or through niddle . I extremely worried . Plz suggest me

Covid 19 treatment
I tested possitive for covid 19.
Took basic medicines for 5 days.
Today is my 7th day and am not facing any serious issue and am feeling some mild feverish feeling only. Other than that no issue.
Shall I need to take any medicines further
Or just I need to follow the basic covid precautions only?
