Chest & Breathing Problems

She had a history of TB in her 20s age. She every year develops dry cough that doesn't goes away easily but this time, it is over a year. She is under treatment of a chest physician and he diagnosed it as PTB. Ongoing medication is Budamate 400 When this treatment started in Feb 21, it was - Budamate 400 Montina L, 15 days Azithral 500, 5 days Now the doctor due to Covid infection is not available and her dry coughing is increasing again. What should I do?

Dear sir, My name is Tammayya. Actually 3 months back I suffered from covid. But with a week dose prescribed by doctor, I got cured I think. But right now I am feeling pain in chest and difficulty in breathing at sometimes. Whenever I took a headbath and if I am staying in A.C, I am unable to stay. I also used to continuously cough through out the entire night. I am unable to sleep. Also there is a continuous secretion of phlegm whenever I cough. But all these times I never felt feverish. From one month onwards I am unable to sleep at night properly. I used to wakeup many times and without sleep you know how everyone feels. So please kindly suggest me some medication for the above problems.

I have might have Corona virus as some of its symptoms are clearly visible such as fever , cough and cold. I am not sure about it.

Is it safe for my mother to get a covid Vaccine, as she is suffering from asthma for more than 20 years and has onset of osteoporosis?

I have taken first dose of covaxin on last Saturday. Then from next day. I. e. Sunday night having slight breathing issues continuously .I have  sinusitis problem and allergy to dust etc. In April I was symptoms of covid fever and breathing issues but my RT PCR was negative after 15days doctor advised me for CT scan and my severity as well as corad score was 5.Then took treatment and breathing issue also got sorted out. But after 1 month taken vaccine and it started again. Consulted doctor he advised broclear tablet and Bilalife M for 5,days

Hello good evening, just now I went for PFT my report details are here FVC.            76% FEV1.          78% FEV1/FVC. 102% FEF25-75.   99% PEF.             96% FIVC.           88% Is my report normal or again I should have another examination . Please suggest .

Active pulmonary kochs in right upper and both mid zones Have cough since 3 months. Taking medicine from general doctor

Chest Xray showed hyperinflation of lungs but doctor said you might have taken a deep inspiration, and xray looks normal, attached xray. Also attaching pft reports.. Please help me to understand what it is as ent said it early indications of asthma but not developed yet. Medications i am on: AB Phylline 100mg, Alex Syrup, Prustalin(antihistamine) It has reduced my cough almost to zero but i still have phlegm production and post nasal drip mostly. (When i take prustalin it reduces). H/o: - Non smoker - No exposure to chemical fumes - Mother(63) asthmatic - Ige level 440 - esionophils last checked: 10.5% - had frequent tonsil infections in past Please advice. Current symptoms: Cough has subsided greatly but tickling at throat remains, dry cough sometimes, post nasal drip and mucus production in throat which leads me to clear throat multiple times.. So, is the xray and pft normal? And is this asthma? Should I go for inhalers now after this medicine course?

I tested positive on May 15 and recovered. Yesterday I took rt-pcr test and it is negative. When we can take vaccination or there any particular time period ?
