Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having some swelling in manubrium and fast heart beat above 100 from 1 year and some itching in chest sometime in right sometime in left and mild pain in down right rib i have attached my xray and when I take deep breath i fell right lower rib pain i have bloating and gastric problem too much ECG done before it was normal xray report attached

I have itching and mild pain that comes and goes i have done ct scan in October that said I have thymic hyperplasia then i went to medanta there i have done contract ct scan which said i don't have anything but i have itching and mild pain in chest xray done now all reports attached i have down rib pain and i have bloating issue ct scan attached both

Hi, What is the actual test to determine asthma? Test which can assure that asthma is there or not. I did spirometry test and it was normal. Did six minute walking test and oxygen saturation is 98. Please help. Thanks

Hi Doctors I have done TB gold test which is POSITIVE but SPUTUM for AFB & TB CBNAAT are negative. I don't have any cough. But my abdominal CT shows lymph nodes in right illiac fossa and my gastro doctor was not able to find the lymph nodes while colonoscopy. So, which test evaluate whether the tb is active or latent? And how will I get to know that which type of tb it is? Does FDG WHOLE BODY PET CT confirms active or latent tb? Please guide as I am NOT able to understand. Thanks

Hi, I have an allergy. I got spirometry test done and my FVC and FeV1 both are above 100. My SpO2 is also always 98. I did six minute walking test and before and after walk, oxygen is always 98. Does it indicates asthma. Do i get breathlessness with these reports? Please help. Thanks

My hrct thorax revealed that "FEW SUBCENTIMETRIC LYMPH NODES IN PRE TRACHEAL AND PRE CARINAL REGIONS" other things are normal...i suffer breathing problems however my pft report is  completely normal. and the breathing problem is due to arytenoid covering half vocal cord...THE QUESTION IS - IS SUBMETACENTRIC LYMPH NODES NORMAL.

My mother aged 70 years was diagnosed with hiatus hernia last year when she had frequent cough. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and inhaler. She had stopped inhaler as her situation had improved. Last few weeks she has severe cough and pain in chest. Resumed inhaler and antibiotics however she is facing choking problem while having water or food..
