Chest & Breathing Problems

I suffer from the problem of breathing and allergy during nights and many times in day as well . Not able or cant perform any physical activity or hard work , as it affects my breathing and in necessity i have to inhaler for relief . Moreover in dust or when i move from one place to another (Air conditoner atmosphere to normal one etc ) I sneezes a lot , eyes become red and apart from i am taking the medicine to clean mucus .My question is that i am planning to move to Toronto (Canada) where temperature is too cold in winters( in minus ,snowfall )- Will that temperature affect my health adversely or it will be fine for me ?

My wife having problem with the two breasts . I can feel the ball like in the two breasts.. So I need the treatment.. Can you please suggest me for which doctor I prefer.

I am having back pain when I make a movement of my body specifically on the centre back of chest for last 9 months. I have visited doctors and reports came normal. I was worried from the first day itself that I have lung cancer. I don't know but I started developing a cough and sore throat for past 2 months. I take Ayurveda cough syrup and it doesn't come back for few days but it's not gone. I am now fed up of visiting doctors as reports come normal. I have lost hope considering that I have cancer. Hello doc, I am krishna. My age is 22. I am facing chest pain from past 6months. What I seen in whenever I smoke, the next day I face heavy chest pain that too in the morning when I woke up. So that I left smoking, the pain reduced but a lill bit of pain is occurring daily morning and also when I press my two hands and made stress on chest, the pain araising again. Please tell me is this any serious problem?? And also treatment for me.

My friend is suffering from dry cough which keeps coming back. She feels breathless even climbing 2 floors, exercise or walking for 10 mins. She is often waken up by choking nighttime cough and also experience chest tightedness. She also feels voice hoarseness and headache, fatigue after coughing. Not sure if its related, she also feels pain in her right thigh and knee at times.
