Chest & Breathing Problems

Good morning Doc, . I recently got a job. In medical procedure, they found some fibrosis in my upper lungs, which were the old marks. My H R C T , sputum for A F B, sputum for culture and sensitivity oranism isolated, sputum for fungal elements, sputum for Gram stain, and P F T. I went through these tests and Reports are normal and negative. They need a clearance of bronchiectasis, cavity, fibrosis from a pulmonologist in a written statement and then I will have the job. I needed a second opinion as my doctor said my PFT is not upto mark even though the reports says Normal in them. I'm sending the reports please check and suggest. Please help me out. I need this Doc. Thanks

My x ray report show prominent broncho vascular markings. I have bronchitis history. I am 51 years old. I travel 2hrs daily. Previous PFT report was O.K. Any serious?

Tt injection can be taken before pleural tapping or pleural effusion or what precautions we should take before this procedure

Medicines prescribed : R Cinex 600mg -1 tab/day Combutol 1gm -1 1/2 tab/day Pyzina -2 tab /day Benadon 40mg -1 tab/day Razo D Augmentin 625 Duo-3Tab/day (10days) -prescribed after 30days

Hello dr may I know the reason for shortness of breath since 5 days low bp headache dizziness .but ecg chest x ray report is normal.oly esr level is increased upto 31.what may be the reason rply n suggest me sir.

Whole day I feel urge to yawn in every 2-3 mins...and when I yawn it don't satisfy my urge . I get enough sleep 8 to 9 hours still this happens to me. When in public I try to control my yawn so that no one laugh . But when I do so for more than 2-3 mins I feel vomiting. I don't get this type of attacks whole year but in once in few months which last for 2-4 days. Please help me through this problem. Its very irritating and uncomfortable.

My wife is 24 and she got a problem of uneven Brest. She is feeling that right Brest is bigger than left.We have checked with local doctor and found a tumour.Alredy we have completed the operation but my wife is tense because of the same please suggest...

I'm a fairly healthy teenager who suffers from asthma, but I caught on to what has been going on for weeks. I noticed that when I consume water, usually an hour after waking up, it puts pressure on my chest and it hurts to breathe. It will sometimes hurt my rib cage and sternum. It also happens when I consume food an hour prior to working out.
