Chest & Breathing Problems

I've been suffering from breathing problems while sleeping and ache in the left side of chest but after diagnosing it was clear that I had no heart problems so what can be the reason for this?

Helo doctor my father have cough and breathung problem from last two years...and no any medicine treat him properly.but increases more problem....some doc says alergy some says infection and some says blockage...plz suggest me what can i do

I got my chest x ray but nothing is showing if you want i can post the image of my x ray it shows nothing like tb and does the mucus from nose can be used at the place of spuctum to check for tb
