Thyroid cancer
Papillary carcinoma in the thyroid gland with metasis and swollen lymph nodes type II and III. Throid nodule DESCRIPTIVE as per U/S guided FNAC report. CT scan shows 2x2.5cm nodule in the left neck. TSH levels are okay but problem is in swallowing especially after 5FNACs earlier reports indicated colloid goitre etc.

FINDINGS:
"Tissues show morphology of a lymphoid neoplasm consistent with non Hodgkin's lymphoma, diffuse high grade.
Tumor cells are highly positive for LCA and CD20 and negative for CD 3."
DIAGNOSIS:
B - cell non Hodgkin's lymphoma ,diffuse ,high grade.
