I did STDs TEST AFTER EXPOSURE * HCV TEST on 3month & 6 month & 8 month from dr lal path labs by ICT RAPID method and  on 9 month by elisa method from GMCH-Chandigarh --All Negative * HBVag test on 3month & 6 month & 8 month from dr lal path labs by ICT RAPID method and  on 9 month by elisa method from GMCH-Chandigarh --All Negative * VDRL on 3 month by dr lal path lab ICT method * HIV by 4th gen combo CMIA on 3/4/5.5/8  month + on 7 month 4th gen combo & elisa both on 3 day gap by SRL LABORATORIES + On 9 month from gov  ICTC Center in GMCH-Chandigarh - ALL TEST NEGATIVE Q.1. Please suggest my status desease wise? Q2 Do i need more test? Q3. How much reliable my test/method / Labs are?

I had complex cyst.on laparoscopic surgery remove the left ovary with tube.pathology report shown borderline seromusinous tomour.my doctor suggested​ staging laprotomy.Is it necessary?
