Asked for Male, 28 Years

Advanced stage gallbladder cancer to my mum. Since day before yesterday i was giving my mum morphine sr 30 mg tab and from today she kind of talking senseless. I want to know is that could be possible by a morphine tab or the cancer is affecting to her brain?
