My mom (50 years old)is a pancreatic cancer patient. She has gone through 13 chemo cycles. Still the tumor has not responded to that chemo. Now doctors have stopped chemo since body has become very week. Now her legs have been swallowed very much. What to do?

Doctors said that I have severe pharyngitis when I first visited him. But after three months and 4 checkups I've still not recovered. I'm worried and depressed about probably having cancer. There's a lump/something stuck feeling in throat. I can see some white spots/canker sores in the back of my mouth too. There's some neck and back pain since three weeks. Should I be worried?
