Hello , I am heavy smoker, smoking from last 10 years. I had quite smoking now , but need to make is sure if i had damage any of my organs because of this bad habit. Need an advice for any kind of test I need to undergo to make it sure That I am not affected with cancer. Thanks.

Consult your doctor if any sign persists for more than few weeks. Smoking is directly related to cancer of lungs, oral cavity, throat and urinary bladder. However tobacco can be related to all cancer in body. You can get you health check up done to be sure regarding your health status. Yearly health check is recommended. Apart from cancer, smoking is related to many diseases.
