Hello , I am heavy smoker, smoking from last 10 years.
I had quite smoking now , but need to make is sure if i had damage any of my organs because of this bad habit.

Statistics says that person is at risk of developing cancer for 15 years of quitting tobacco.
You need to be aware of signs of cancer occur in different regions of body.
Consult your doctor if any sign persists for more than few weeks.
Smoking is directly related to cancer of lungs, oral cavity, throat and urinary bladder.
However tobacco can be related to all cancer in body.
You can get you health check up done to be sure regarding your health status.
Yearly health check is recommended.
Apart from cancer, smoking is related to many diseases.
