My husband had cancer in his eye at age 2-3. He was treated with chemo and surgery. We were wondering that even though men don't become fertile until puberty can the chemo still have a long lasting on his fertility?

Very worried I have colon cancer
Past week I have had on and off pain on lower left stomach, I have had very tiny pieces of red in stool. After going poop today my lower left stomach was in a bit of pain and soreness. My stomach constantly is making very loud noises. Not sure but also black specs in stool. My stool is also very thin lately, and not a lot.
