I had blood work the other day and got results back and it says I have high MCH level in my blood

My friend has throat cancer and doctor said no people around him because infection to be effected to all near him is it true or wrong?

Hello, I just got back from the doctor and my platelet count was 142 but all my other blood routine blood tests came back normal. Also my liver function blood tests were normal and my thyroid and anemia tests came back normal as well. He is having me come back in 2 weeks to check my platelet count again. Should I be worried? She has got a weight loss of 12kg nd her pet scan was not identifying cancer but after doing boipsy it says poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma Can you tell me the stage of cancer and its treatment

Hi, Few months back I had back pain and doctor mentioned that I have a lipoma near lubar join which is creating this pain. I have got a biposy of that and realized that is not cancerous. I was prescribed to get it removed surgically for which I hesitated and from then when I have severe pain I use pain killer. Please suggest, if I should get it removed. Pain is not frequent and goes with rest sometimes. Also will it convert to cancer if I do not go for surgery
