I m having a lump in my right breast quite large lump it is in the right side of the breast I want to know is that a cancer or what??

My Co brother suffering from Metastatic Carcinoma and Lung for dedicated one and half month back. Presently undergoing with Thomo Therapy for Brain and Chemotherapy for Lung. In addition One Cycle of Chemo Therapy completed and will shortly start with Tablets since he is not able to withstand with Chemo Therapy getting weak and tied each and every

MRI of right knee joint reveals, large eccentric intramedullary cystic lesion in metaphyseal region of right proximal tibia with large extraosseous components and fluid within. No obvious tissue component seen. No surrounding bone marrow signal. What does it mean in simple terms

Enlarged Centimeter sized Discrete mediastinal lymph nodes seen in reports. Continuous weight loss more than 20-25 Kg in past few months. Bone Joints pain in Hands and legs. I was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma 7 years before. I was completely cure. Recently I have done my CBC please check if everything is alright.

Aftet 1st chemotherapy my cousing having fever 101c continuesly 3 days then doctor suggested to repeat his CBC again. We observed his CBC was so low, especialy "platelet - 0.50 lacs/cum. Is it normal or its dangerous in bone cancer. please advise.
