Done with the Mastectomy surgery ..HER-2 positive..  when we can start chemotherapy? Is there any time limit. E.g. Within 30 days.

My mum has breast cancer about 11/12 years ago when she was 45. My Granda now has breast cancer too at the age of 83. I know that my mother was checked for BRCA 1 and 2 but as this was ten years ago I don't know if she was checked for any of the other genes that can be associated with breast cancer. Is this something I should be concerned about? My sister also has issues with ovarian cysts (as I think my mum did). I just mention because it might be relevant hormonally . Thanks for any advice!

Hi , Im having breast enlargement from 6 years .I went to local doctor then and he advised me to take a x-ray and told nothing is there .Recently one of my friend asked me to go to doctor and went to a specialist .He told to get a ultrasound done.Please find my ultrasound report for my breast.is this something serious .

I am attaching pictures... I've circled the white spot and bump I am talking about... I am really worried what it is... I feel a scratchy sensation while swallowing food and also sometimes burning and sore sensation... All this is restricted to the right side.. I can see a small bump and a white dot like  spot on top of it in the back throat wall as shown in pictures ... What could this be? I have health anxiety so I am really worried... Please help.. Is there anything to worry? What is it?

Will that get cured if we get into a surgery? Is surgery enough to cure this? What else to do to get cured. Is this so severe?

My uncle is now at berhampur odisha. Just yesterday we took him for ct abdomin & pelvis (contrast). The general physician doctor said that he is suffering from lever cancer now. So please suggest me the best doctor or hospital for him.
