Dear Doctor, PET CT scan was done. Reports are attached. Can this lesion be fungal ? Size of lesion is as per enclosed report.

Diagnosed right breast IDC grade III. BRCA 1 positive. Taken (NACT) 4AC f/b 12Paclitaxel chemotherapy. Now Modified Radical bilateral mastectomy surgery is done. (Left breast removed as Prophylactic surgery). Both sides few lymph nodes removed in surgery. Surgery histopathology biopsy report says lymph nodes and left breast are clear of disease. Right breast shows post NACT improvement. Situ in right breast seen in removed breast. 1. Should I continue taking Tab Tamoxifen 20mg post surgery also? 2. At present I don't get periods. Will periods start if I stop Tamoxifen? 3. Should I also go for Oophorectomy? 4. In PET CT SCAN & sonography post NACT, I have enlarged hypoechoic right cervical lymph node measuring 2 x 1.3 cms. Is this normal or anything to be done?

My mom observed a lump in both of her breast on 2nd jan 2021 last Sunday I took her to hospital and dine with fnac,use,mammogram the below are reports attached please check and let us know.

My father age 57 had psa test a year back . which was in normal range . does psa test comes in prostate cancer screening. And after a year or once in two we should take psa test. And what are all.prostate cancer screening test

Dear Doctor, We done PET scan and results are attached. What can be conclude from that? Or biopsy will only give proper conclusion? Is lesion can be fungal for size mention in report.

My mom was diagnosed with cancer 7 yrs ago..Now she is ok and recovered..but for few day she feels burning sensation in private part during sleeping time . although she feels burning in feet and limbs too...her suger level is ok ..can it be the side affect of chemotherapy??

Hi, My father was suffering from pain in his abdomen since Nov. I consulted a gastroenterologist and after blood tests, colonoscopy, CT scan, PET scan its confirmed he is suffering from Colon Cancer(tumour detected in colon between ascending and transverse colon). Doctor tried removing tumour inside his large intestine but it was not possible as cancer has spreaded in small intestine as well. So they didn't do complete surgery however they have installed chemoport now. I am being suggested for chemotherapy now. Please help me with proper channel so that I can do my best for him.
