Outgrowth in forehead

Center part of my forehead has outgrown in last 10 years. It was normal before. Only the anterior wall has outgrown. It has gap between skull and the wall. I dont have any complications due to these, but it does not look good, Now I want to cure this. Please suggest me.

Got hurt on cheek

Hi doctor , 6 months before I got hurt on my cheek left side nd there was swelling formed next day I saw there is small ball type lump taken place inside my cheek. Memory problem.

I have a tendency to forget things immediately specially numbers, name any recent action for instance whether I have closed the door or not. Though I was a good student and have even scored good marks in memorizing subjects like history. I even make mistakes in copying numbers like 4218 to 4128. Kindly advise.
