Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I'm facing some pain in right thigh, butt and foot. I circumcised 6 months ago, I didn't get what is reason for this pain. Please help me..

My mother had paralysis attack on tongue/mouth,1st time on 6th dec 2016,upon local area doctor treatment she was well but 2nd time after 20days she got again paralysis attack and also she has fallen down from bed now her voice is not coming out,she is not able to sit,eyes are not opening,u hv admitted her in raj nursing home allahabad,dr sps chauhan is doing her treatment but from today morning she is on oxygen, as per my views, her condition is serious, now what I should do plz advice...

I have severe leg pain while walking. MRI shows herniation at L4/5 level and bulge at L5/S1 level with nerve canal dia 8mm. Will I be okay naturally or need surgery. Will the nerve get damaged ?? Kindly suggest I am 26 years old and symptoms are 3 weeks old.

I am a Healthcare professional working in a pharmaceutical company in CNS brand management. I understand Psychiatry and Neurology as a subject due to my profession. I work without any hassles in work, but I don't feel happy about anything. I purposely try to become social but always feel left out and alone. I start crying on small small things and then continue crying with too much agony felt in stomach and chest, then I couldn't stop crying for long. During the day I feel less energetic and less interest in doing things although I do them. Once in 2-3 months I feel happy and normal. Do I have any problem or i try an correlate with the knowledge of my profession.Should I take advise from a consultant?

Some times I suffer from severe headache only on my left side front half portion.. It generally triggers due to either lack of sleep or missing meal or if I am little tensed or if I'm exposed to sun for long hours... I don't know what to do... My sister is having migraine so she suggested me to take VASOGRAIN medicine.. It gives me little rest from these severe headache... Please suggest me what should I do?

Suffering from burning buttocks followed by vitamin B12 and D defiency, and treated for B12 and vit D defiency but still suffering from severe burning in buttocks while sitting in soft chairs. Back pain in also mild..however its more in starting.

I have lower back problem from last 12 years and recently it is showed as protruded disc and severe disc bulge from L2 to S1 (4 discs) in MRI. Doctors said its not advisable to go for surgery and manage with physiotherapy. My question is do I need to suffer like this every time or is there any nonsurgical treatment which will permanently cure my lower back problem. I have spent nearly 80000 as of now for all kinds of treatments( physiotherapy, ayurveda, yoga, marma therapy, pain killers ). Thanks i advance
