Unable to stand or walk

My mother is 68 years old and is suffering from diabetes since last 25 years. From last few months she has developed early Parkinson disease symptoms too. However her MRI, Blood test reports are all normal. Presently she is unable to walk up to the toilet also. Can you please advise what i should do?.

Constant Headache

Dear Dr, Namaste My grand mother is having headache and runny nose . clear water rurns from nose and starts headache severely and couldnot control herself and made her weak. This disease happened from 3 years now the condition is out of control. Small handkerchief doesnot work, need towel for collecting the water from the nose.
