Brain and Spine Problems

For a few months I have been having strange burning pains on my right upper. Around my rib cage near my breast and down my shoulder to my hand. Sometimes it hurts so bad I can’t breathe. Sometimes it feels like the circulation is being cut off to my arm around the upper bicep. It hurts to move my arm. Then it stops. There is no other symptoms. No change in color or temperature. This is the 7th day that I’ve had a migraine or headache and I don’t know when or if I should go to a doctor. I don’t have insurance nor do I have the money to just pop in. I wouldn’t be so worried if I wasn’t elbowed in the head last week and might be the cause. This night, the migraine actually woke me up despite that I took an 800 mg of ibuprofen before sleep. None of the pills seem to be able to keep this headache away.

I had a panic attack last time and I don't know what to do, so I just went to the bathroom and cried. Sometimes I feel nervous because of nothing. I just don't know if these are some of the symptoms of anxiety or something but I feel that I am not really feeling well. I feel like I have a low energy and I overthink almost every night.

My CT SCAN brain report indicates that "retrocere elkaar arachnoid cyst of 2.5 cm diameter on right side". Is it risky or I need to consult surgeon right away?
