Can I take nurokind lc with crocin ( paracetamol) I have B12 deficiency and today I had normal fever

I constant pain in the left part of my head. My left forehead, area behind my left ear, in the left jaw and the back side of my neck.

My mother has calcified granuloma in the right frontial region after the cataract operation in right eye my mother is facing this problem about 2 and 3 months

I got diagnosed with a pituitary tumor a couple years back and was taking medication for it. I turned 18 and lost my insurance as it was my grandma's and I moved away. I haven't taken my meds in about 7 months and I've recently started producing milk in my breath and being very moody and bipolar. I started losing weight, about 30 pounds in the past 3 months, which I haven't been doing anything differently in my diet. My arms have been thinning out and my vision has been foggy.

30 yr old women. Last 1 month I had pain headache,neck pain but last 1 week I had sevire headach left-side right hand leg numbness vomiting sense. Went doctor he said migraine problem. They gave tablet for 1 month Inderal 20 mg. Migraine is dangerous like stroke? Slowly attack stroke?

I have very low vitamin b12 which is 179 pg /ml and I could see that normal range is 193 to 983 pg /ml.. some times my hands will shiver if I hold glass or something with one hand.. Could any one suggest me how to increase so quickly as I'm going to get ,married in 3 months?
