Brain and Spine Problems

My mom usually have headache and blur vision please suggest to whom i need to consult. We are unable to identify the problem

My 4 years son has been suffering with seizure disorder up to 2 years. Dt advice 7.5ml Gardenal & 5 ml Epival towice a day. It has been seen two episode of convulsion last 2 month back.At present we increase the gardenal dose upto 12.5 ml.Now he is free from convulsion.His body wt.14 kg. Is 12.5 ml gardenal right for him ?

From last 1 week i am getting tinglings heavily , in night due to tinglings i was unable to sleep and also i have left leg pain since 3 months , doctor said due to Vitamine D deficiency the leg was pain and he gave supplements for that but now due to high tinglings i am unable to sleep plz help me any neurologist regarding this issue

My friend is recently diagnosed with a benign tumor called meningioma- 1.7x1.2 cms. She was experiencing severe headache for the past few months and had been for a consultation for the same. Doctor advised CT scan and it revealed this condition. We are worried so much about this, however only positive note is doctor is sure that it is not a cancer and he suggested that we wait for a period of 6 months to 1 year to observe the same. Can we not opt for surgery if results will be good.. We would want to take another opinion as we are confused. Pls advice. We would prefer in person discussions if the doc is from Bangalore. Thanks.

My 4 years son don't walk & speak till now.He frequently suffer with seizure disorder up to 2 years.At present his medication epival & gardinal.

My daughter(14) is suffering from sudden severe full fore head pain for last ten days. CT with contrast, x-ray for cerevical & sinus are normal as per 2 days before.. anolgescic & migraine treatment is no fruitful . There is no accident or previous history of headache. Her b.p. is showing low (40/70 to 50/110).There is no sign of vomit, spinning or other problems. Suggest what may be the problem.

I’m not able to concentrate because of dizziness and I have ear problem so I’m taking mactotal syb, nervijen cap , adrenocort-6 . Yesterday I masterbate and sleeped after waking up I feel dizziness
