Bone & Muscle problems

She fell down. And now has lower back pain and glute pain when she has to get up or sit down or turn sides. But she can bring her legs upto 90degrees while lying down without pain. She can walk without pain. Can she have a sacrum stress fracture? Or is it just muscle blood clot soreness pain? Does she need an x ray since its difficult for her to walk for long. Will BCAA help her heal along with calcium and D3 Tablets?

I have been having constant back pain which start from the shoulder till the back spine of one side.

I'd met a bike accident & my left hand stuck Tank & handle bar caused Elbow Dislocation. after referring to hospital Dr. relocated elbow & told me to put plaster on for 3 weeks. after plaster cutting I'm not able to move my arm correctly. Visiting Physiotherapist for last 10 days. should I take surgery to fix this proble

3 months ago, I slipped and fell in washroom and had suffered a D12 vertebral fracture. It was not very big hence no surgery or belts involved. But I did complete 1 month of bedrest. It was painful only in 1st week and later, showed any signs of pain only if i used my back for long time. All along there was sm level of stiffness involved but the doctor said it will go away as days pass. Now the problem is, every morning when i wake up find my back very stiff and it goes away after 15-20 mins and the same happens if i lie down in any position for long time. It simply becomes stiff and bending will be painful during this 15-20 mins span. I read excercises will help me. Just wanted an opinion abt how i shud go abt this problem.

Pain in the lower back right side very often , specially after long sitting work . Maximum pain in the morning time

I don't know actually what's happening ?? But the pressure is coming to my knees therefore I feel like my legs are highly weighted I don't know this is joint pain or something else.... I can't exercise this is the problem to me from 6 months....

I fallen down from stairs and ever since my knee is aching went to holy family hospital in emergency twice. Once they said theres a doubt of fracture and send me home with knee mobilizer and medecines after two days i visited the emergency again as due to accessive knee pain the xrayed me again and asked and said theres no fracture and did knee aspiration and extracted blood from my knee. From day one I am not able to put my lest leg on the ground nor i can walk and moce little bit with the help of a stick. I doubt xrays are not detecting anything and theres somthing major going inside my knee.

I have shoulder pain since one month. When i do any upper movement of hand my shoulder make some noise like bones are touching and it create pain. If move the hand round only when my hand go up that time it create pain normally it does not. Do i have shoulder impingement injury.

I have a complete acl ligament tear. Please suggest me should I go for surgery as my injury was happened 2 years before

I am age is 55 yrs.Since one year I am facing back pain and two leg's completely numbness I am not standing position.pl suggest me sir thank you
