I am suffering from mid back pain from long time and doing some exercise also but not getting any relaxation from this pain please advise what to do now?

I am having pain in my left joint for last 2 years.Recently I wont to a physiotherapist he did USM With some software tissue exercise in my knee Joint. USM was normal but the software tissue exercise was painful and even my pain increased.I took and MRI nd got that I have. a cyst on a meniscus tear.Is that tear because of software tissue exercise or 2 years back my meniscus tore which is detected now.

Hi doctor My mother is unable to raise her arms upward and backward and is having pain in her arms from shoulder to centre joint. She is having this problem from the last 3-4 months. She has consulted some doctors and they told her that there is some muscle or flesh is growing inside her armpits. The doctor has prescribed her Tapal-D gel, Tryptomer and Ace-Proxyvon CR. Kindly tell me some solution. I will be highly obliged.

I suffer a lower back pain near the end of spinal chord ending, its too much painful when I stand or sit on a place. Before six month I fall down at bathroom. BT that time I can't feel this type of pain. Now this two or three days I feel this pain too much and I am not able to stand on a long time. What can I do now?

Hi, My mother is suffering from Ribs nerves pain and she is not able to sit or stand. Due to continuously lying on bed her muscles got some hardness and because of which she is having some orthopedic pain also. From last one and half year she is lying on bed only. She do not have any medical history like BP/Diabetes or any other diseases. Also she do not have any major illness. I need a doctor or physiotherapist who can come at home and check her and provide some solution/treatment on this. I am staying at New sangavi area. Waiting for positive and quick response on this. Hello, My mother is suffering from muscle pain in her left leg and some times it gets infected and she is on homeopathic .. she is suffering from swelling and the skin has turned dark color kindly suggest me a doctor or a treatment ??
