Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having this swollen legs and ankle pain for more than 3 months, I am 50 years old female, weighing 90kgs. There are breathing suffocations and more. Is there any possibility of other problems than overweight

Hi! I'm 17 years old (just turned 17 this May) and I want to increase height. My last measure was I was 5"5-5"6. I'm from a family that is not that tall, yet I don't wanna lose hope. I want to increase my height to at least 2-3 inches. What can I do? Imw taking Multivitamins and exercising and stretching regularly. Can hanging exercises help me as well? Can melatonin aid in my growth? (I chose melatonin because I also have problems sleeping. I only sleep 6 hours a day and I want to sleep longer but my body clock won't let me.)

Due to weight lifting thr is pain in my right shoulder..my x-ray report is normal bt MRI report say 1)mild tendinosis of supraspinatus and insertional bony cyst at infraspinatus 2) slight fraying of postero-superior labrum and blunting of antero-inferior labrum without identiable tear 3) Capsular thickening at acromioclavicular joint and type ll Acromion..I consult to physiotherapist he prescribed me Cream voveran tmp gel., Tab myotop., Tab tendofit forte., Cap zing D3 60k for 1mnth..i consult to physiotherapist he advise me for IFT+VS & Ultrasound for 15day..BT pain is stil thr in my right shoulder..I need your hlp..wat shd I do knw..😔

There is a weird lump forming on my wrist from sometime now. I fell down some time ago and my whole weight fell on my wrist from then there is a lump forming. I expected it to be some kinda inflammation nd sprain but it's been months nd still not going away. I'm worried.
