I have been having pain in my left leg toe and some swelling in toe joints.recently i am getting pain in my right foot(curve area). Please suggest on my condition

Sir Iam Charan Kumar age 21yrs old having diabetics from 8 years and recently my knee has crack and i consulted an othropedic he suggested me for X Ray and Xray were Worngly taken means the pain and swell for one side he took anther side they suggested me to talk 3 weeks rest and talk with crepe band i did the same and i attended to my job as usaly

About a year ago I fell off a horse and I think I broke my rib. I can't remember everything that caused my pain. But it did take me a long time to get up the stairs because I breathed slightly heavier going up and that caused a lot of pain. Now my ribs hurt when I lay on my stomach or slouch too long. It's heeled now and they're kind of in a lump.
