Strange rounding in the upper back
I have a slight (?) rounding in my upper back, just behind my traps. I'm not sure if it has something to do with my spine, or if it is fat. I've had it as far back as I can remember.
What kind of doctor should I go to to find out what exactly is going on, and if it is unhealthy/dangerous?

I am having body pain from some days
Its started with a sensation in right rib .Then i had same sensation type pain in chest .Got xray done and every thing was ok . Now that is gone and have pain in back and fingers and full body. Mild pain , being able to play cricket but still want to know the reason. Few months earlier i was diagnoised with non obstructive kidney stone .5mm
