Bone & Muscle problems

I have a regular spondylitic pain. Usually I have not able to do any weight lifting work. If I ate any cold food it paining more.

I'm having a continuous swelling on my feet and ankle joint. Can I get the suggestion?

This problem is running since 2014. Doctors say it is rheumatoid arthritice . I want a good treatment to cure.

Pain gets aggravated when i lift something or put some pressure on shoulder..

I have pain in my left knee particularly on the back side of the joints. Whenever I fold my legs it starts paining on the back side although it's a mild one. I do cycling and walking and was also got treated for my ligaments on the same knee but now the pain is on the opposite side which is the back side. Pls guide me. Thanks

Specially knees foots and back pains alot. Before 1-2 months she got fever and after that fever goes but this joint pain remain as it is.  problem sometime reduces by taking some medicines but again started as the medicines stop. I dont get any permanent solution to this problem.

I'm suffering from lower back pain ,I consulted a doctor and suggested to take MRI. The report says joint got extended (I'm not sure of name of the joint) and it's touching the nerve which causes pain.is there any way without surgery? Can I opt for ayurvedic ?

Suffered from viral fever with 97-98 Degree temperature. After which I got joint pains mainly in feet toes knees fingers wrists calf. Took tablets as per physician advise but still pain hasn't reduced. So the doctor asked me to consult rhuemetologist. Will have stiffness at times in the knees when bent backwards. Now on HCQS 200 and ETOSHINE 90.

Hi, It has been a year and a half since i went through ACL reconstructive surgery. Earlier there was no problem with the knee as I had a desk(sitting) job. But since 2 weeks I have started teaching in a school which requires a lot of standing capacity for hours. My knee has started swelling up and severe pain is there around the area where the ligament was grafted. This has restricted my movements and i cannot even bend the knee due to swelling and pain. Kindly help!

When I down my head it will be very pain.The pain will extend to the hands.
