Hello my baby when take X- ray doctor say have problem in h hip joint he is 3 mounth years old

I have done bone density test and my t score is -1.39. do i need to take medicines or the calcium supplements are enough to raise the score.

Played badminton on 30th sep for 2 hours in exhausting condition. Did Takata workout on 4th oct for 40 mins. A little pain on the ankle bone is there since . Can see a little swelling as well now. It doesn't pain at every angle or while walking but pains if the ankle is twisted a bit to left .
