My father age 72 is suffering from bone tb of spinal. He is undertaking AKT-4 medicine for the last 2 week . As of now his SGPT is 349 , SGOT is 235 ,Total bilirubin 1.23 , globulin 3.5. is this something alarming ? and what should be done please suggest

Low vitamin d cause disc buldge
Done my blood test and I have my vitamin d as 7 which is low. I was taking treatment for past 7mnths for my neck and back pain but still I am not recovered.My doctor said the pain is not curing because of low vitamin d.
