Suddenly start backpain when I standing from sitting. Please give me necessary advice

I started having pain in my legs when lying down about two years ago. I am fifty years old. The pain is deep and around joint areas and pelvis. Within minutes of lying down day or night the pain begins and elevates in my lower extremities . My knees are painful at the sides and my pelvic area radiates pain down my upper legs only. I don’t have pain below my knees. It’s a pain that differs from arthritic pain that I’ve felt before. It disrupts my sleep throughout the night.

I have been suffering from a lower back pain from 3 days. Have applied volini etc for two days but nothing seems to lower the pain. I can walk but slowly , can't really bend also.

Sir, I have lumber lodosis. I went to doctor for which he gave medicine 1) telcal, 2)Prodo plus. He gave instruction about excersize. But no result i found. I do daily excersizes 1) setu bondon,2) apune twisting excersize. i.e market asana,3) bhujanga asan, 4) paban mukta asan, 5) leg upturned at about 45 degree,etc. Everday i take warm heat and spary moov. Bt i have not found no result. I am a fat man. My age about 36 yrs weight about 83 kg. Height about 5'8". I have this problem about 3 yrs.

My sister is suffering from RA for quite some time and having acute pain with swelling on fingers. She is having medication from an Ortho Consultant who said it would prolong for 3 years. Despite all, her fingertips recently have turned yellow with swelling. This condition make us all a bit panic. Because our dad too had the RA and died of the same.

I'd a Compound & comminuted tibial fracture on 12 January, 2018 .. Plate have been placed with 13 screws. There were some skin necrosis & blisters post operation. Then, with advice of plastic surgeon, vacuum dressing carried out for about 3 weeks. Now, he is going for skin grafting as the wound is clean according to him. What I want to ask is how much more time it will take my leg to bear some weight. So, I can start walking a bit. Secondly, Is it necessary to have the slab beneath my leg ?
