I am 26 year old.. I am having slight pain in left side center in chest from 8 days also I had cramp in back few days back.. I feel pain only in night befor sleeping.

Hi, I fell down from bike on 25th May, and went to apollo they took X-ray and told no feature and given some medicine for swelling and pain. After five days swelling reduced and there was mild pain in wrist. So I consulted another orthopedic for second opinion and took another X-ray he noticed a scaphoid bone fracture with non displacement. And I had pop on 1st June. And the pop what had is not much tightened. And my thumbnail have free movement. So please suggest the treatment what I had habit correct? Please find the attachment for X-ray.
