Which one is more effective for piles 1- Baidyanath arshoghani bati or 2- Himalaya pilex. Please tell.

I have been diagnosed IBS problem,and gallstones,it measures about 5 mm,ultrasound wz done 1 year back,l HD no pain,tay time,nw sometimes wl get a pain,and abdominal cramping ,pain in the lower right region tat radiates to my lower back also,I k get a back pain also

I had some black spots behind my neck and front side also. They seem to be awkward.I applied alovera gel,chandan,honey and some other home made things. But they are not fully gone. Can you please help me which cream or paste to apply for this. Thank you.

Every night when I go to washroom I find some white foamy material in my stool, sometime white greasy material and twice I get blood in stool also but after that never blood came. I feel some needle type sensation just below my left lung in abdomen area 3-4 times in a day.

Last one week I have problem in my right eye. Vision not clear. I feel cloudy vision

I have raised uric acid levels and I am obese. I am 174 cms with 105kg and I feel joint pains as well as backache. I have started working out a little and with it I am having Medohar Guggulu. Which of the Kishore, Gokshuradi or Amritadi Guggulu should I take for increased uric acid level. If there's any other tablet I need to take, please advise. Regards, Mayank
