Can we cure permanently the high Blood pressure. I am a 29 year old guy my BP is all time 150/100, is that a problem, can we bring down to the normal 120/80. If so How many days I have to be in Ayurveda medicine

I am 35 yr old male, having pea size lump at anus opening. No itch no burning, just pressurable forcing internal pain on buttock near anus area that too till noon around 2 pm. Right now on ayurvedic medicine, includes arshdhavni वटी, trifala guggul, gandhak rasayan, praval pisthi, aarogya vrat, abhayrishta syrup, laxirid syrup, शिवाक्षर चुर्ण, कैशोर गुगुल। Is this medicine ok, My local doc restricting me for painkiller. But I want relief from pain and it is little severe when standing and sitting. While walking it is bearable. May I take 162.5 mg Paracetamol and Aceclofenac 50 mg, when it pains in the morning or will it have side effects with above ayurvedic medicines. How long I can take this painkiller dose ?

I am suffering from lukorrhea, hair falling, and under weight with lot of dipression pls suggest me a remedy

I am 35 year old male, having pea size pile lump at opening of Anus. I feel severe pain (some high pressure type in anus area) for few hours approx (6-7 hours) especially while standing and sitting. Main reason of pain, my initial stool (anus opening time) is little hard sometimes, later part of stool remains soft. Never felt constipated. Taking Ayurveda right now(Asrhvati, Trifala, Kaishore Guggul, panch nimbark, kankay, dabur laxirid syrup) but not able to get stool softer on regular basis.

How to treat ibs By using kayam tablets daily also I will get motion only for 3 days Pls suggest me a solution

2 years back had severe fatigue weight gain &I consulted doctor my tft was normal but I had antibody & mng hence started on thyroxine 25. 2 months after this I started to have swelling all over the body esp on legs but tft normal but thyroxine increased to50 but same again repeated & dose increased to 75.after that started taking varanadi kashayam and guggulupanchapala choornam and became hyper but only t4 increased and swelling of body and neck decreased dose reduced.now palpitation fatigue

Have dry scaly itchy skin since a week now. Marks appearing (dark patches) on stomach area, shoulder area on the back and it is spreading. Itchy at night time..
