It has been three months. I did mri scan. Report says that I have grade 1 tear in ACL, sprain in anterior and posterior horn of lateral meniscus, grade 1 tear in MCL. What should I do now? Should i go for surgery or there are any other treatments ?

I have some belly fat and side fat, I also have dandruff and I had hair fall from in between of scalp. What should I do. I also smoke.
