Hey i had no mensis before from september to november 2017 Recently in december 2017 last week i had mensis and ended up in jan 2018 1st week. m taking 3 tablespoonful of ashokarishta daily after meals from january 1st week. so when i can expect my mensis Can i expect this month last ending week or feb 1st week what if my problem is severe in absentism of mensis.. When can i expect my mensis by taking ashokarishta daily ? thankyou

I take Buspar, Lamictal, Celexa, Metoprolol, and Synthroid daily. Can I take nighttime AlkaSeltzer for a cold?

I am taking medications for anxiety. I am also planning to take multivitamins and multiminerals supplements from nutilite and also silajit and aswaganda from jiva ayurveda. Is this safe? Or can you please recommend something else?
