Hi have severe gastric issue and server neck and back pain can it solved by ayurvedic treatment and if need the healing time

As I apply indulekha oil after an hour wash it . Can I apply any other oil on my hair

It has been three months. I did mri scan. Report says that I have grade 1 tear in ACL, sprain in anterior and posterior horn of lateral meniscus, grade 1 tear in MCL. What should I do now? Should i go for surgery or there are any other treatments ?
