I took brahmi powder in syrup and powder with water for roughly 12 weeks.I was suffering from anxiety and after taking brhami I have been suffering from dizziness and gastronomical upsets.stopped brhami for more than 2 months after taking brhami I become so anxious.is it side effect of brhami.prior to it there were no symptoms.Is it possible I overdose it

Have discovered that I m having high pulse rate 120 along with bp, I was taking bp tablets since last 6 yrs.dr has prescribed diltizer cr90 but it failed. Now dr has given telvas 40 for bp and concor 2.5 for pulse, now my bp is 130/90 and pulse is 100 but I m having asthama problems after taking concor 2.5. I m also a asthama patient. Can I be cured with ayurvedic medicines,i have started taking gaumutra,wheat grass powder n arjuna . Will it help
